Soil, Minerals, And Healthy Plants
Magnesium is needed for over 300+ bodily functions! The unfortunate truth however is that many of us are severely deficient in this miracle mineral. Modern farming practices has left out foods deficient in this once abundant mineral. This is because we continue to produce food on the same land year after year and without adding any minerals back into the soil. Understand, plants grab their nutrients from the soil and use them to produce chlorophyll, go through photosynthesis, and fight off disease. Once these minerals are grabbed by the plants, it can take years for the soil to restock itself.
If you look at the Native Americans, they NEVER produced food on the same soil year after year. They always moved to another patch of land in order to allow the previous patch of land to regenerate itself. Remember, we learned all our farming techniques from the Native Americans. This knowledge of soil mineralization and healthy crops is no secret. It has in fact been known for hundreds of years.
Depleted Soil, Big Pharma, And Organic Foods
The biggest giveaway that our soils are lacking proper minerals is the need to use all sorts of pesticides and sprays on our plants in order to keep disease away. Again, the need of these pesticides and sprays would not be needed if we just added back minerals to the soil! Salt water would most definitely get the job done and its FREE! Remember, plants are more than capable of fending of disease and staying healthy IF the right minerals are available to the plant.
Sadly, the love of money is the root of all evil. Instead of just adding back in minerals, the ones in “charge” have decided to spray all of our food with harmful chemicals that keeps big pharma and the medical industry booming. Some have awoken to this mass poisoning. Consequently, the ones in “charge” came up with the brilliant idea of selling food as “organic” for 10 times its original price. Yet, this food is actually CHEAPER to produce then the pesticide sprayed foods. I said it once, and I’ll say it again, this world is run by sociopaths.
Back To Magnesium
One of the key minerals that our soil seems to be more deficient in than any other mineral is magnesium. Unfortunately, for us, this is terrible news. As mentioned before, this mineral is needed for over 300+ bodily functions. Numerous mental and physical aliments all stem from lack of magnesium. In fact, it would take 6 cups of spinach to match the magnesium content found in 1/2 cup of spinach 50 years ago! So, unless your eating all your foods from the wild which has been grown on nutrient rich soil, you need to supplement this mineral.
Now, there are numerous ways in which you can supplement magnesium. Some forms are better than others. Below is the best way to take magnesium in my opinion and experience. Some benefits of taking magnesium are:

Sea Salt
This is by far my favorite way to supplement magnesium. Why? because sea salt has many minerals that are all in balance together. If you supplement high levels of magnesium for a long period of time, you are bound to throw your electrolyte balance off in your body. However, salt contains numerous amounts of minerals that help balance out our electrolytes while also restoring magnesium levels.
It’s important to supplement many types of sea salts, as they all have different mineral contents. By exposing your body to different forms of sea salts, your giving your body the best array of minerals in order for it to restore itself. Some of my favorite types of salts are Celtic, Hawaiian, and Himalayan Pink . Simply mix in 1/2 teaspoon of your choice of sea salt in a glass of spring water three times a day and drink. Continue to do this and adjust your serving based on how you feel overtime. I’ve been adding salt to my spring water for years and truly believe it has played a huge role in my overall health. Don’t listen to the medical industry. You NEED salt. In fact, you are the salt of the Earth.
What About Magnesium Supplements?
To be honest, I don’t usually recommend other forms of magnesium. unless the person is severely deficient, it’s not necessary. The salt method is more than capable of restoring magnesium and electrolyte balance in the body. However, it does take time. Unfortunately, many individuals just want a pill for their problems without changing anything else. Remember, there is no such thing as a “quick fix.” Good health takes years, not days.
That being said, some lesser known ways to take magnesium is through transdermal application (through the skin). You can buy “magnesium oil” online which is simply just a high concentration of salt water. The use of Magnesium Oil has been a proven way to restore magnesium levels in a deficient body.
